If an order is requested to be cancelled after it has been placed (complete or partial) - we may not return the payment processing fee between 2.4% - 3.4% (depending on the method of payment) of the total order value. Alternatively, we can offer a store credit for the purchase amount.
Each order is pressed and wrapped in our studio - orders can sometimes take a few days to go out.
Domestic and international shipping is free for orders over $300. For orders under $300, the shipping fee is $10 for domestic and $25 for international. Domestic orders are shipped using USPS with Signature Required delivery. Please allow USPS Priority mail 5-7 days from ship date for delivery in the continental U.S. International orders will be shipped with DHL EXPRESS or UPS and shipment time varies based on destination. Tracking information is included with a confirmation note once your order has been shipped. Additional shipping costs for returns, rejected or returned to shipper packages are the responsibility of the customer.
For international shipments, the receiver is responsible for customs/duties fees incurred from importing goods.
If you would like to pickup your order from our studio in San Francisco, select the pick up option during checkout. Orders will generally be ready for pickup in 1-2 days, if you have any time constraints please call (628) 867-6535.
Returns are accepted within 7 days of order delivery for an exchange or a refund. Returned merchandise must be in original condition with the original tags attached. Returns must be delivered back to the studio within 7 days of initial delivery. Refunds are credited to the original form of payment. For returns of more than 2 pieces there will be a $50 restocking fee.
To return merchandise, email firstname.lastname@example.org for return authorization and correct return address. Customers are responsible for all additional shipping costs for returns and exchanges. All return shipments must be sent with ‘Signature Required’ delivery - any packages sent without this option, that are not delivered will not be refunded.
