A regular fit buttondown with two chest pockets, corozo buttons, french seams, mitered cuffs, pointed collar, subtly curved hem and 1/4" stitched placket edge.


Hand numbered edition made in Japan.

This subtly complex yarn dyed stripe cotton shirting was originally developed in the 1990's by a legendary textile designer based in Ichinomiya, Japan. I have been fortunate enough to visit his archive and was struck immediately when I first came across a small swatch of this cloth. A densely woven cotton twill with a crinkle wash finishing brings out the texture - while the thin stripes of natural & red bounce over the dark olive background. Woven in Ichinomiya, Japan.
Justin is 5'11" and wearing a size medium, Nile is 5'7" and wearing a size extra small.
Hand or delicate machine wash cold, hang dry.
